Description
Use the leg extensions when additional height above the grill grate is needed. Each extension set adds approximately 3″ of height, and multiple sets can be combined to raise the MPS in 3″ increments as needed. Raising the MPS can help reduce bottom heat exposure and position the baking stone in a hotter upper area of the grill, particularly when using charcoal or other high-intensity heat sources. Fine-tune the baking stone temperature using the MPS thumbscrews as needed.
